Bananas contain a lot of potassium. Potassium helps trigger your heart to squeeze blood through your body.It also helps your muscles to move, your nerves to work, and your kidneys to filter blood.
Bananas can aid digestion
1 ripe banana
1 egg per person
3 tbsp plain flour per egg
5 tbsp milk per egg
½ tbsp sugar
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp butter
Mash the banana up as much as you can.
In a different bowl mix flour, sugar and salt.
Beat the egg and then whisk in the milk and egg with the mashed up banana
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir well.
Heat the butter and oil in a non-stick frying pan.
Dollop a third of the mixture into the pan and cook on each side for 1-2 mins or until golden brown.
Repeat with the remaining mixture.
