Anna had a dream she was relaxing and doing her favourite thing, painting. She realised she hadn't been taking care of her mental health recently, she worked a lot and didn't have a lot of time to paint. That day, Anna made sure to set some time aside for self-care. She took out her canvas and water colours and felt rejuvenated and relaxed when she was done.
